Stand Tall My Friends!

Hello Everyone,

We are rapidly approaching the autumn equinox which reminds us all that it is time for another change. I was thinking of how we say "this is the fall" and what came to me is the following:

We are falling from the depths of the egoic mind and rising to the heights of the soul

How many times have we experienced a fall, whether physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually only to discover it led to an uplifting of our consciousness

We fall from self love to self judgment and then awaken as a result to our own self-violation

We fell from Grace eons ago and now Grace is pushing us to stand in the truth of who we truly are

When the halls of Amenti closed during the last stellar activation cycle, we fell in consciousness and now we are ascending as the cosmic energy serves to re-open the gates

We fall into blame and judgment and then pick ourselves up as we realize that nothing is outside of our selves and our inner world is being reflected to us

We fall from peace, harmony and balance as we get angry, resentful, frustrated, but then it teaches us to find our centre and experience the now of stillness

We fall from self acceptance when we run the pattern of appeasement, then it shows us how deep our fear is of being alone

We fall into separation when we see the other as the enemy and then rise into unity consciousness as we see the reflection of ourselves

We fall from serving ourselves to serving humanity

We fall from grief and experience joy

We fall from self-deception and realize how powerfully we are creating our experiences

This fall, let's remember that change is the constant. Let's have the courage to move out of the familiar to which many of us are clinging. All that we have known is moving with the shifting energies. The old paradigm is falling. There is an emptying out, while a rising tide of awareness blossoms within us.

Stand tall friends. Stand strong in your own fall from the old to the new. Stand in the light that you are. Stand in the peace that you are. Together we are creating a new world consciousness.
