      An awareness that something MAJOR is happening and feeling like it is out of your control?

      Heart racing, chest pain, abdominal pain, weird physical symptoms that disappear as fast as they came?

      Old painful patterns with their negative thoughts and feelings that blindside you when you least expect it?

      Surges of energy that make you either very hot or very cold?

      Unusual sleep patterns: powerful dreams that feel more real than your waking moments, disturbed, restless sleep, inability to fall asleep or waking up every two hours?

Well, folks, welcome to the world of “expanding consciousness.” Our bodies are the densest and the last place for clearing. Our emotional bodies are demanding that we open our hearts to loving our selves.  Our spiritual bodies are demanding we allow ourselves to be embraced by our souls. Our mental bodies are readying to release the old separating beliefs we have held against ourselves and thus against love. We are experiencing the pain of separation and are being given an opportunity to yet again experience what love is rather than what love is not. Ascension is here and we are uplifting our density consciousness. Many souls are choosing to leave now, riding the wave of ascension energy that makes their ‘transition” easier.

Choose to follow those wild inspirations. Allow the magic to envelope you.
