Shadow Work

Hello everyone,

I trust this finds you dealing with the results of the powerful energies that are waking us up! They certainly can be felt as unpleasant. I had a headache for almost three days before the 777 and it cleared instantly when the 777 was over and was replaced by neck pain. I am a person who doesn’t really know what a headache is, so I knew it was "shift" related. I understand that these changes can be very uncomfortable and it is our bodies’ way of releasing and coping with the new frequencies that are entering our fields.

 Now is the TIME. I keep getting the message that it is time for us to step into our authenticity and to look more deeply at our own self deception. How are we each refusing to listen to our own inner guidance? How are we living in "hiding," hiding not only that which we know but also who we are? What stories are we still telling ourselves to make ourselves and our choices "right"? Where are we still being spiritually irresponsible? Heaven forbid we own that we do have a shadow and this is where the real work is now. We can no longer avoid the miasms and ancient feelings attached to those that often control and run our life. Our mind programs are dissolving so we can express from who we truly are. Feeling states tell us our truth and if we are not allowing ourselves to feel and are continuing to live from our mind, we will not know whom or what to trust. I know I sound like a broken record at times, but this is the message I keep receiving. Do the shadow work!!!!

This is my spiritual responsibility. For me not to do so would be like choosing consciously to run in bare feet on sharp pieces of broken glass.

It is our time now. Soul integration is happening and our personalities are rebelling. How many of you feel like you are in a void? How many of you feel dissatisfied with your work, relationships, life? How many of you are now experiencing a deep call to some kind of movement? It is time to pay attention and to have the courage to act on inspirations, impulses, guidance and soul feelings.

On Sunday morning when we meet, I will be connecting with everyone while sitting on a beach at the ocean. I will be contemplating the questions above and I will be willing to take new actions even though they might take me out of my familiar.

The new familiar is change! Humans are encoded with the fear of the unknown. This is why it is such a challenge for many of us who feel like nothing is the same and we are in free fall.

We are the global citizens who are planetary, global consciousness change makers. Thank you for doing the one thing you can do and for being willing to stand up and be counted for who you really are. The time is NOW.
